Thus I am thinking Pan American made the valve block, while Elkhart may have finished the tubing (receiver lead pipe) and bell (4-3/4 Vs Pan Am 4-5/8). Please note, this serial does not fit Elkhart serials for the time period (1930's), but does fit the Pan American series.
